Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the services provided by Rosbon Company Limited ("Rosbon", "we", "us") and your use of rosbon.com.ng. By using our website, messaging us, or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms.

1. About us

Rosbon Company Limited is a Nigerian mobility, logistics and vehicle-security company. Our registered office is Shop Plaza, Block 9, Onuimo Malaysia Market, Imo State, with operations from Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. 2. Our services

We supply brand-new Keke Napep tricycles (outright sale, hire purchase and daily hire), genuine tricycle and vehicle spare parts, GPS vehicle tracking, and delivery and logistics services. Individual services may have additional terms set out below or agreed with you in writing or on WhatsApp.

3. Quotes and pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Figures shown on this website are indicative starting points; the price that applies to you is the one we confirm to you directly on WhatsApp or in an agreement. Prices may change without notice as a result of supplier costs, exchange rates or market conditions. A quote is not a binding offer until we confirm availability and terms with you.

4. Keke Napep hire purchase

Our hire purchase arrangement lets you take a tricycle on the road and pay it off over time. Current terms are:

• No deposit is required, but a guarantor is required.
• Repayment may be made at ₦15,000 per day, ₦105,000 per week, or ₦420,000 per month.
• The total payoff is ₦8,000,000.
• GPS tracking is included.
• Ownership of the tricycle transfers to you only when the full payoff has been completed.

The tricycle remains our property until the total payoff is settled. If you fall into arrears, we will contact you to resolve it. Where arrears reach two weeks, we may repossess the tricycle and retain payments already made in accordance with the agreement. Guarantors may be called upon to settle outstanding balances.

5. Keke Napep daily hire

• No deposit is required, but a guarantor is required.
• Units are collected at 6:00am and must be returned the same night with ₦15,000.
• We cover major repairs (engine, tyres and documents). Damage caused by misuse, accident or negligence may be charged to you.
• Late or failed returns may result in withdrawal of the unit and recovery of amounts owed.

6. GPS vehicle tracking

Tracking packages are charged as one-time fees — currently ₦50,000 for Keke Napep, ₦80,000 for saloon cars and ₦120,000 for SUVs/4x4s — and include the device, professional installation and first-year monitoring. The data generated by a tracker you own belongs to you. Our tracking service is a monitoring and recovery aid: while we provide the hardware, installation and support, we cannot guarantee the recovery of a vehicle and are not liable for theft, loss or damage.

7. Delivery and logistics (Rosbon Waka)

Delivery estimates, including "same-day" and estimated journey times, are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions or other events beyond our control. We may decline to carry prohibited, illegal, hazardous or undeclared items. Please declare high-value consignments so that appropriate arrangements can be made before dispatch.

8. Spare parts

We supply genuine, manufacturer-approved spare parts. Prices shown on our parts page are per unit unless stated otherwise and are subject to change. Please confirm the correct part for your make and model before ordering — compatibility is your responsibility unless we specifically advise otherwise. If a part is faulty on delivery, contact us promptly so we can inspect and resolve it.

9. Payment

Payment is by cash or bank transfer unless we agree otherwise. Receipts are issued for payments made. Please always confirm account details directly with us before transferring money — we cannot accept responsibility for transfers made to details we did not give you.

10. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide reliable services, but to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Website and intellectual property

The content, design, text, logo and images on rosbon.com.ng belong to Rosbon Company Limited unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Our site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Terms confirmed in a specific written agreement take precedence over this page for that agreement.
